Privacy Policy

This policy is specific to the Link Extractor Pro Chrome extension. Each tool on AakashkiDuniya has its own privacy policy, linked from its product page.

1. What Link Extractor Pro does

Link Extractor Pro extracts, filters, deduplicates, paginates, and exports links from webpages you choose to run it on.

2. Google sign-in

Google sign-in is required to use the extension. When you sign in, the extension may receive:

• Name
• Email address
• Google account identifier
• Profile image, if available

This information is used for authentication, identifying your account, checking Premium entitlement, and responding to support requests. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.

3. Account and entitlement data (Supabase)

Account and entitlement data is processed through Supabase, including:

• Google account identifier
• Email address
• Name
• Avatar URL
• Sign-in timestamps and sign-in count
• Premium status
• Subscription identifier, when applicable

Supabase processes this data on our behalf according to its own security practices.

4. Technical and usage data

The account service stores limited technical metadata alongside your account record: your last IP address, last browser user-agent, and last sign-in time. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and protecting the service — for example, detecting suspicious sign-in activity or troubleshooting authentication issues. It is not used to track which webpages you visit or which links you extract.

5. Local processing

Webpage extraction, filtering, deduplication, pagination, summaries, and standard CSV/JSON exports are processed primarily in your browser. This data is stored locally using Chrome extension storage and is not uploaded to our servers as part of normal use.

You can remove local extension data by removing the extension or clearing its Chrome storage.

6. Airtable export (Premium)

Airtable table extraction and export is a Premium feature. Page content is read and processed only when you explicitly start an Airtable extraction. When you export, the extension sends the data you selected, along with the Airtable credentials you provide, directly to Airtable's API — not to our servers. Your Airtable credentials are stored locally in Chrome extension storage.

Extracted table contents are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

7. Notion

Notion database extraction and export is not currently active in the shipped version of the extension.

8. Lemon Squeezy

Premium purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Lemon Squeezy may process billing information, transaction details, subscription status, and your customer email according to its own privacy policy. The extension does not store your full payment-card details.

9. Buy Me a Coffee

Optional donations may be processed by Buy Me a Coffee. Donations are not required to use the extension, and donation processing is handled by Buy Me a Coffee according to its own privacy policy.

10. Permissions the extension requests

• activeTab — access the active webpage after you start extraction.
• tabs — inspect the active tab and open links you select.
• scripting — run the extractor on the active page.
• downloads — download CSV, JSON, and other exported files.
• clipboardWrite — copy selected links.
• storage — save settings, presets, extraction state, and authentication cache.
• alarms — support scheduled or background tasks, where used.
• identity — obtain the Google sign-in token.

Webpage content is not uploaded anywhere unless required for a feature you explicitly selected (such as Airtable export) or an external scraping/API configuration you set up yourself.

11. Retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your account data by emailing akashsh0925@gmail.com. Deletion requests cover your extension account and stored entitlement data, subject to any records our payment provider is legally required to retain.

12. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect account and entitlement data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's privacy

Link Extractor Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the extension or its services change. The updated policy will be published at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
